ECAC is pleased to host this presentation by Andrea Martinez and Gaile Osborne from Disability Rights North Carolina (DRNC). In this training we will take a deep dive into what seclusion and restraint is in the school setting. We will discuss what parents rights are for their children and how to effectively advocate for the child to reduce use of both of those methods and prevent improper use all together.
