Resources and Tools for Educators

The North Carolina Deaf-Blind Project Teacher Support Program (TSP) is available at no cost to early intervention programs and public/private schools to support learners who experience both a hearing and vision loss (i.e., deaf-blindness).

Educators and service providers may request TSP consultation services for individual learner needs by completing the following request form. This form should NOT be used by family members to request support. Families may request technical assistance and support from the North Carolina Deaf-Blind Project Family Support Specialists. Follow this link to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction website for more information on the NC DB Project and Family Support Specialists.
