Kaliyah Jackson
Transition Coach
Kaliyah Jackson joined ECAC in 2026 as a Transition Coach, bringing five years of experience in education. For the past three years, she worked in special education as a general curriculum teacher, supporting students in kindergarten through 8th grade. She especially enjoys teaching phonics and helping students strengthen their reading skills. Kaliyah is especially passionate about addressing the disparities of African American students, particularly boys with ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges. She advocates for equitable educational support for all students, children who have experienced abuse, underserved communities, and helping students with disabilities as well as those without find their voices and advocate for themselves. Outside of work, Kaliyah is the proud mother of two boys. She enjoys music, quiet time, and making meaningful memories with her sons.
