Beth Lloyd

Beth Lloyd recently joined ECAC as an Innovative Approaches Coordinator serving Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, and Lincoln Counties. She previously served as a School Counselor for Cleveland County Schools, spending most of her career at North Shelby School, which supports students with moderate to significant intellectual disabilities. She also worked at Gardner-Webb University as a Disability Specialist and Sign Language Interpreter. Beth’s passion for helping families navigate services is shaped by both her professional background and personal experiences. Her son, Jake, experienced a serious health crisis that gave her firsthand insight into the challenges families face. She also helps care for her father and supports his medical needs, strengthening her commitment to reducing barriers to care. Beth is married to her husband, Greg, and enjoys spending time with their adult children, Jake and Maggie.
