Student Led IEPs

Join ECAC’s Youth Advisory team as they explore student-led IEPs and the opportunities they provide to promote self-advocacy, student engagement and youth leadership.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Discuss the benefits of student IEP participation

• Locate supporting materials and resources that students can use to participate and prepare for IEP meetings

• Identify a variety of IEP participation formats to support students in leading their IEP meetings
