Aly Luna

Aly joined ECAC in 2026 as an Innovative Approaches Coordinator serving Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, and Lincoln Counties. As a mother of four, Aly considers her children her pride and joy. Aly has always worked in healthcare but after having children born with developmental disabilities and rare diseases she was still met with many barriers to care and services. This lived experience shifted her focus toward systems transformation through collaboration. She believes families of children with special healthcare needs should have a seat at the table alongside the professionals who serve them. Through this collaborative approach, Aly is committed to helping improve access to care and services and, ultimately, improve health outcomes and quality of life for all. Throughout her career, Aly has partnered with agencies and organizations in a variety of roles at the local, statewide, and national levels. She is grateful for every opportunity to support families and professionals as they navigate complex healthcare systems and connect them with resources within their communities.
