
Say What? Youth Perspectives on Person First Language
Join ECAC’s Youth Advisory Team as they share their perspectives on Person First Language. Person First Language or People First Language puts the person before the disability or diagnosis, describing what a person “has” rather than asserting what a person “is”. The purpose of the conversation is to give youth the opportunity to share their unique perspectives on this popular topic.
