FREE WEBINAR: Communication, Negotiation & Resolving Disagreements in Special Education

Parents and school districts are encouraged to work together to resolve disagreements about a student’s special education program. Although the spirit of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act is that parents and schools will arrive at a consensus, sometimes conflict arises. When conflict is dealt with respectfully and effectively, consensus can often be reached through informal means. However, there are times when additional support and more formal processes are needed to resolve a disagreement. Join us as we discuss ways to work together to prevent conflict and resolve disputes.
