Each comprehensive packet contains a variety of valuable information. Packets are free to parents of children with disabilities in North Carolina. For all others, there is a nominal charge to cover/defray actual cost of duplication and postage. To help keep costs down, we will remove excess duplicate information, such as newsletters or lending library lists on multiple orders.
