Hearing on Seclusion and Restraints held by Senate HELP Committee?A first-of-its-kind hearing by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions on Thursday, July 12, 2012 began to raise awareness of how much physical force is used when disciplining students. The committee is considering a bill on restraint and seclusion practices in schools.
